At Chitas Taqueria, we serve vibrant Mexican street food in Midtown Sacramento, featuring shareable dishes in a family-friendly atmosphere. In 2005, two sisters—one a passionate cook and the other an entrepreneur—found a rental opportunity in the Sacramento Bee Classifieds section and opened Chitas Taqueria in 2006. Inspired by their grandmother's cooking, especially her mayacoba beans. We aim to deliver a genuine taqueria experience rooted in home cooking and hospitality. Enjoy our fresh, authentic Mexican food, whether dining in, taking out, or catering.
